What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We do not charge for delivery delivery. And only use FedEx fully tracked shipping.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers, cash on delivery and Paytm using a fully digitally secure system provided by CCAvenue and Paytm.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt. And shipped using FedEx. Delivery can take up to 7 days.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Val Wolf website is fully secure using state of the art encryption and SSL certificates. We monitor all traffic to the website. Additionally to this our bank and card processing facilities are all handled by external merchants – we never receive your private card details or data.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Within 24 hours of your order being placed our team will carefully select your order, check and pack, label and send the item to FedEx for delivery right to your door.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will be emailed a copy of your invoice upon successful completion of your order via email. You will also find corresponding hard copy of your order, invoice and receipt in the package you receive. Keep these safe as they contain your order number.
